What evidence sits behind an NDIS claim

Guides written for people who have to make this work on a Tuesday, not for search engines. Every regulatory statement carries its official source, the agency that issued it, when it applies from, and the date a person last read it.

5 guides · also see the free tools for the claim deadline calculator and the progress note template.

How these guides are written

  • Regulatory statements are not written into the prose. They come from one central registry, so a rule that changes is changed once and re-verified once.
  • Every guide states what ShiftNote can identify and what it cannot determine. The second list is required, not optional.
  • “Last verified” means a person re-read the sources on that date. It is never generated from a build.
  • Where a statement has not been reviewed by an Australian lawyer, the guide says so on the page rather than in a footnote.

ShiftNote provides software and operational information, not legal advice. Providers remain responsible for understanding the requirements that apply to their own circumstances.
