Cookies we use

ShiftNote uses the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary: authentication cookies from Supabase so you stay signed in. Without these, the app can't function.
• Analytics: PostHog cookies to understand how features are used. Inputs are masked so no NDIS content is ever recorded.
• Payments: Stripe cookies during checkout to prevent fraud.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out of the app. For analytics, you can opt out any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer.
